We have entered a new phase in our maintenance operations with the addition of EASA Part-145 approval (EASA.145.1072) to our MRO capabilities.
Under this approval, we can perform full base maintenance at our facilities at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport (LTFJ) and Istanbul Atatürk Airport (LTBA) for four aircraft types: Learjet 45, Bombardier CL-600-2B16 (604 Variant), Bombardier BD-700 Series and Agusta AB139/AW139.
Our approval scope also includes five Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods: Penetrant Testing (PT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Eddy Current Testing (ET), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and Radiographic Testing (RT).
Our maintenance journey began in 2017 with line maintenance activities for a single aircraft type under Turkish DGCA approval. Since then, we have gradually expanded our technical infrastructure, approval scope and workforce. Today, more than 120 technical professionals support our maintenance operations.
Alongside scheduled line and base maintenance, we also provide 24/7 AOG support to third-party operators. Our EASA approval represents the latest step in the continued development of our MRO operations and technical footprint in Istanbul.
