We used the air medical service for my grandad who suffered a stroke. The doctor and nurse were impeccable and provided outstanding nursing and medical care. They attended to all his needs and even had him smiling and laughing at the end of the trip. Truly exceptional service.

I’m writting to you as on 21st January, 2024 The Bumgrungrad hospital had your company arranged the transport with Ambulance airplane and two health workers which were Dr. Guven and Paramedic Ali from Turkey for escorting my husband from The Bumgrungrad International Hospital, Bangkok - Thailand back to Oslo, Norway.  My husband had undergone an brain operation therefore his brain and condition were sensitive.However, I was very impressed with the working skills of Dr Guven and Paramedic Ali. Before leaving the hospital they was making good questionares to the health care workers from Bumgrungrad hospital for learning carefully about my husband’s condition before his departure. Despite this my husband’s heart rate and blood pressure had changed due to his reaction to the Ambulance’s movement when he was on the way to the airport.However Dr Guven and Paramedic Ali  checked my husband’s condition carefully and made good decision on asking the driver  to drive my husband back to the Bumgrungrad hospital for further check-up again. In addition to this Dr Guven and Paramedic Ali gave my husband good time to rest and waited patiently until he became stable enough for travelling. 

I really appreciate the way they handled the situation with caution, patience and good care. My husband is now receiving his treatment in the hospital in Oslo, Norway. On behalf of my husband, I would like to express my great thanks to Red Star Avian for had arranged the transport for my husband and my great appreciation and speacial thanks to two health workers Dr Guven and Paramedic Ali for their excellent works, their caring, patience and kindness to take care my husband all the journey back to his country safely.

I would like to give you feedback regarding medical transport. I'm from Norway, but was on holiday in Spain and unfortunately broke my back. I was in a lot of pain, but the insurance company wanted me to Norway to operate. I was anxious about the trip home, but I had NO reason to be. I was SO well looked after by the doctor and nurse and felt SO safe during the whole journey. Doctor sat by my side and gave medicine when I needed it. They made sure I didn't freeze and they kept asking if there was anything else I wanted like water, blankets, pillows, food etc. I have to say that the whole crew with the captains and doctor, nurse were incredibly professional. I have given feedback to my insurance company as well. I cannot praise you enough. Gets six out of six stars (actually more). I left Alicante in Spain on 26 April 2024 for Gardemoen, Oslo in Norway.
