In light of recent reports in national and international media and on social media
concerning Redstar Havacılık Hizmetleri A.Ş. (Redstar Aviation) that do not reflect the
facts, the company wishes to inform the public of its position.
Redstar Aviation continues its operations without interruption, under its existing
management structure and authorities. In connection with an ongoing legal dispute
among the company's shareholders, a Turkish court has appointed a Supervisory Trustee
as a temporary, interim measure.
The Trustee's role is limited to the review and approval of certain financial transactions
and does not extend to the management or operation of the company. The measure has
been in place for over a month, and throughout this period there has been no disruption
to the company's activities.
