WE WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU ABOUT THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA;
Pursuant to the provisions of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“LPPD”), any information that makes your identity specific or identifiable, including your sensitive personal data, will be processed by REDSTAR HAVACILIK HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. as the Data Controller within the scope below. Processing of your personal data refers to all kinds of operations performed on the data such as obtaining, saving, storing, preserving, changing, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, classifying or preventing the use of these data.
As REDSTAR, we would like to state that we continue our activities by giving utmost importance to the security of your personal data.
Your personal data will be used for the purposes of conducting and finalizing recruitment processes within the framework of your application to REDSTAR and limited to the time required for these purposes, and it is our basic principle to protect the privacy of your private life and your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Purposes and legal reasons of processing your personal data:
REDSTAR can process your personal data, including your sensitive personal data, obtained within the framework specified below, only within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, in order to carry out and finalize the recruitment processes within the framework of your application to REDSTAR, to carry out processes for processing your photographs and images for the fulfillment of human resources and training processes, event management, in-house training, promotion and corporate communication works based on legal reasons such as the establishment of the employment contract and legitimate interest in the job suitability and competency assessment processes
Transfer of Personal Data:
Your personal data collected for the purposes listed in summary above; may be transferred with the purpose of conducting and finalizing recruitment processes within the scope of your application to REDSTAR, based on legal reasons such as establishing employment contract and legitimate interest in the job suitability and competency assessment processes, for maintaining and developing effective employee management, fulfillment of obligations and they can be transferred to our main shareholder and its affiliates due to legal obligations and legal restrictions and within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data.
Method of collection of your personal data:
Your personal data are collected with the purpose of implementation and execution of REDSTAR human resources processes and policies with various methods such as collection from the digital application form published by REDSTAR in written or electronic form, from your CV sent by e-mail, reference and similar methods, from employment or consultancy companies, from you and through different channels, and with various methods whether fully or partially automatic, or non-automatic as part of any data recording system, provided that it is verbal, written or electronic, and they can be obtained externally outside our company including program partner institutions and organizations we cooperate with, official institutions, domestic/foreign companies and other 3rd parties based on the different legal reasons detailed above.
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights:
By applying to REDSTAR, you have the right to; I) learn whether your personal data has been processed, II) request information if it has been processed, III) learn the purpose of processing and whether it has been used in accordance with its purpose, IV) know the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically/abroad, V) request correction if it has been processed incompletely/incorrectly, VI) request deletion/destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, VII) request notification of the transactions made to the third parties to whom it has been transferred in accordance with the above-mentioned paragraphs (V) and (VI), VIII) object to the emergence of a result against you due to its analysis exclusively by automated systems, IX) request compensation of the damage caused to you due to unlawful processing.

Pursuant to the regulations of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, you can submit your request regarding the exercise of your above-mentioned rights to our Company in writing by applying in person with documents confirming your identity (identity card, driver's license, passport, etc.), by sending it to our Human Resources & Administrative Affairs Department through a notary public, by applying to the address of redstarhavacilik@hs01.kep.tr with secure electronic signature or you can submit it to our e-mail address of hr@redstar.com.tr by using your electronic mail address which was previously notified to our Company and registered in our system.
Applications within this scope shall be accepted following the identity verification to be carried out by us, and the relevant persons shall be answered in writing or electronically within the legal period.
