Our new hangar and headquarters, constructed within Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport (SAW), is not merely an aircraft maintenance base; it is the new center of operational excellence.

Designed to increase the speed and reliability of our Air Ambulance service which requires 24/7 readiness this facility provides a significant advantage to us and our clients in the race against time, thanks to its strategic location.

Comprehensive MRO Services: Aircraft and Helicopter Maintenance Capabilities

Meeting all the requirements of modern aviation, the Redstar Aviation SAW Hangar also serves as a versatile Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) centre. We combine over 50,000 hours of operational experience gained with our fleet with the expertise of our certified maintenance engineers.

Authorised Maintenance Services for the Following Aircraft:

• Learjet 45 (Honeywell TFE731 Engine Series)

• Challenger 604 Variant (GE CF34 Engine Series)

• Leonardo S.p.A. AB/AW139 (PW PT6 Engine Series)

At our Redstar Aviation SAW hangar, we perform both Line Maintenance and Base Maintenance services for these aircraft at international standards.

• Hangar Door: Automatic hangar door, 60 meters wide and 8.5 meters high.

• Hangar Space: 3,400 m⊃2; steel-supported hangar area.

• Technical Infrastructure: 2 in-ground inspection pits.

At the Redstar Aviation Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport Hangar, our utmost priority is to perform aircraft maintenance with the highest possible level of safety measures. • Fall Protection: 11 Life Line system inside the hangar.

• Active Fire Suppression: 8 foam generators and 360 sprinklers.

• Perimeter Safety: 5 hydrant taps surrounding the building.

• Internal Response: 4 foam units located within the hangar.

• Water Reserve: 450 ton capacity fire water tank.

• Mobile Response: 50 portable fire extinguishers throughout the structure.

• System Reliability: 2 diesel pumps to ensure continuous system operation.

• Sensitive Areas: FM200 clean agent fire suppression systems in system and UPS rooms.
