Located at the most central point of Istanbul, our hangar is not merely a maintenance facility but also the logistics and supply centre of our global operations. The Redstar Aviation AHL Hangar plays a key role in our operations that rely on immediate reaction times and critical missions requiring 24/7 readiness.

Aircraft and Helicopter Maintenance Capabilities

As Redstar Aviation, we are able to carry out Line Maintenance and Base Maintenance processes for all aircraft in our fleet in-house. For this purpose, our experienced maintenance personnel, who have received their certificates from authorised institutions, carry out Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) works on both our own fleet and our customers' aircraft at the Redstar Aviation AHL Hangar.

Facility Features and Operational Capacity

Located at the most accessible point of Istanbul in terms of logistics, our facility is a versatile operation center with its vertical and horizontal architecture. The integrated structure of the hangar area and administrative offices ensures uninterrupted communication between technical teams and the Operation Control Centre (OCC).

Structural Features of the Redstar Aviation AHL Hangar:

• Total Construction Area: 2,600 m⊃2; (Including ground floor, mezzanine, and basement logistics areas).
• Hangar Operation Area: 1,500 m⊃2;.
• Hangar Door: 9 meter height (Standard structure suitable for the entry of our aircraft and helicopters).
• Work at Height Safety: Integrated Life Line system inside the hangar.

Logistics and Administrative Infrastructure:

• Storage Capacity: Spare parts and logistics storage capability with a spacious 910 m⊃2; basement floor.
• Cargo Transfer: 2 industrial freight elevators with 1.5 tonne capacity, accelerating operational logistics.
• Office and Training: 1,300 m⊃2; administrative area spread over 3 floors, including a 24 m⊃2; meeting room and a 32 m⊃2; technical training classroom.
